This email has 4 quick things for you:

1) The Vellum sale ends on Monday, so don't miss out if you've been wanting to buy it. They don't do sales very often, so this is a good opportunity. We used Vellum to format Edit Your Way and they do continue to make improvements, which is great!

2) This one is TIME SENSITIVE and NEW: This Kickstarter only has about 30ish hours left. If you've been thinking of doing Facebook ads for your book(s), I think you may want to check this out. You know how I found out about this Kickstarter? FB kept *persistently* serving me ads for it. That's pretty damn good marketing for a Kickstarter promising to tell you how to effectively run FB ads! Apparently Melissa Storm can do what she promises ;) The entire thing is only $50 and all the updates are included.

I know it looks like FB ads for a Kickstarter, but the thing that attracted me to it for all of you is that she says it will also work for books and, I believe her but also, honestly, I think it could be worth it just to have someone tell you the details behind FB's new ad system

(which can be very intrusive with its AI functions now).

I backed it, so like with Vellum, giving you a recommendation for something I'm putting my money behind.

3) Last, Edit Your Way is up for preorder and it releases this week!!! !!! !!! I was looking at the final copy today and remembering how much I like this book (l think my own book is really, really good, yes. Something I want for all of you, and that's why I wrote it--so you can edit and feel the same way about your book!)

While I was working, I caught a picture of all 5 of my cats (yes, 5) staring at me as I worked in my office. Okay, I think they were actually waiting for my husband to fall through the roof (he was fixing my office roof) but they look a little more "cat mafia" than "hope Dad doesn't get hurt." Don't you think?
